# Arm a payroll approval mandate (dashboard only)

> Lets one API key approve payroll batches it creates, within a per-batch ceiling, an
optional monthly ceiling, a number of batches and an expiry. Requires a live TOTP or
recovery code in `code`. Not available to API keys.
